Landscape Advisory Committee
The Landscape Citizens' Advisory Committee was established by Resolution 03-08-39 and adopted by the Village Council on August 14, 2003. Islamorada, Village of Islands is responsible for the management and improvements to its publicly owned properties and corridors. With this in mind, the committee was established to provide input and participation in all issues related to landscaping, projects involving landscaping, and assisting with the selection of plants used in projects and landscape design and location.
The Committee consists of ten (10) members who are appointed by the Village Council and one staff liaison. Committee members meet quarterly at 2:00 PM and may meet more frequently if needed. The current committee is comprised of the following members:
