Applications submitted in paper format (hard-copy) prior to May 1st will be allowed to continue in paper format, however, revisions to permits issued in paper will be required to be submitted electronically.
All document submittals for issued permits must be uploaded electronically to the permit record.
Engineered drawings must contain a digital seal, through a third-party vendor, that can be validated upon submittal.
Contractor/Owner-Builder will be responsible to print out permit card and approved plans and have available at jobsite.
