Building and Planning Department Service Hours
MONDAY - THURSDAY 9 AM - 3 PM
FRIDAY 9 AM - 12 PM

Hours for all other Departments
MONDAY - FRIDAY
 8 AM TO 5 PM

The Islamorada Administrative Center will resume regular business hours on Monday, August 31, 2020. The building will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Departmental hours will be as noted above. Facial coverings are required at all times while in the building. 

The drop box and lobby pickup box will no longer be available. Plans and other documents will need to be hand-delivered and picked up on the second floor. The payment box curbside in front of the building will remain in place for checks or payments can be made on the third floor. Please direct questions about the Building and Planning Departments to 305-664-6437.

Virtual/Zoom and conference calls remain the preferred method of handling business. All customers and residents are encouraged to call or email to take care of business instead of visiting Village offices. In-person meetings may be scheduled with the agreement of all parties involved and with advanced approval of the Department Head. Proper surface cleaning and social distancing will be maintained.
