Rules
- All photos must be submitted to myislamorada@islamorada.fl.us no later than midnight on December 1, 2022
- Only one submission per person allowed
- Photos must be of something Islamorada. A person(s) in Islamorada, a place in Islamorada or simply something that is undeniably Islamorada
- Photos submitted must be original shots taken by the submitter
Islamorada, Village of Islands (“Village”) photo contest consent
I expressly acknowledge and agree that, by participating in the Village’s photo contest SHOW US YOUR BEST SHOT, I grant the Village the irrevocable right and permission to use the photograph(s) I have provided to it, for all purposes including advertising and promotional purposes, in any manner and using all media now or hereafter known, including the Internet and on social media, in perpetuity throughout the world, without restriction as to alteration, without further consent from me, and without compensation. I further expressly represent that I took the photograph(s) I am providing to the Village, have the authority to release and/or distribute them, including having the consent of any individuals reflected in the photograph(s) to provide the photograph(s) to the Village for the broad use described herein or, if I did not take the picture(s) myself, I have the legally required permission to republish the photograph(s) and/or otherwise use and distribute them for usage by the Village as described herein. I further agree and understand that, if the foregoing representations concerning my ownership of or permission to use and/or distribute the photograph(s) submitted to the Village are found to be false or incorrect, I will indemnify and hold the Village harmless for any claims brought against the Village as a result of such misrepresentations.
