Sewer Emergency Number
Village Wastewater Technicians respond 24 hours a day to sewer emergencies.
Report slow drains or sewage backups to Islamorada to the emergency number above before calling a plumber. A private plumber should only be called if the Wastewater Technician determines the problem is not with the Village Wastewater System but on the private property side.
If there is an issue with the Village Wastewater System, costs incurred by property owners who hire a private plumber prior to calling the Wastewater Emergency number will not be reimbursed.
