“Friday Night Lights” Pickleball Round Robin:
Friday, January 15th, 5:30-7pm at the Pickleball Complex. Come play and compete, round-robin style, in a fun, social setting! All levels welcome, $15 per person. Refreshments and prizes! The goal of this series is to increase knowledge of the flora and fauna of the Florida Keys and Everglades National Park by sharing with the community through Nature Walks; also promoting responsible stewardship of our natural resources. These walks involve a brief discussion on the history of the Upper Keys, as well as plant, butterfly, and bird traits. Nature Walks are offered January 12th and 16th from 8:30am-10:00am. Bird ID Classes:
Enjoy a leisurely walk in the park and bird watching with Bob Showler! Class will begin with a short introduction on birds of the Islamorada area, followed by identification and discussing traits and habits of the birds that are observed. Plantation Key Fitness Program:
Get your fitness on with Instructor Heather Head! Classes include Beach Zumba, Beach Yoga, Beach Body Blast, Gentle Beach Yoga, Chair Yoga Dance, and NEW! Intro to SUP Yoga! NEW! INTRO TO SUP YOGA!:
Learn the basics of stand-up paddleboard yoga in this fun, beginner level class. Prepare to get wet! Students must sign up in advance - limited space in class! Equipment required: Paddle board, Paddle, life vest, small anchor, or sand-filled milk jug. Class price: $10 if you bring your own equipment, $20 if you use ours.

Join Certified Aqua Fitness Instructors Ken Schryver and Paula Friedman for a fun filled class that includes Cardio, Strength Training, Stretching, Balance & Equilibrium, Increased Stamina, Muscular Endurance, and Improved Range of Motion. Classes are offered Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 9:30am-10:30am. 25 participants maximum due to social distancing requirements. First come, first “splashed! Synchro Sirens Synchronized Swim Club:
A multidisciplinary program that is designed to help young athletes develop into competing synchronized swimmers. Practices are held at the Ron Levy Aquatic Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30pm-5:00pm, and Saturdays from 10:00am-11:30am. Springboard Diving Lessons:
Students develop strength, flexibility, and confidence, while learning how to dive from springboards in safe progressions and a fun environment! Open to ages 18-80+, from beginners who want to increase their health and fitness levels, to triathletes and competitive swimmers in both pool and open water!
