Bird ID Classes
Program Leader: Bob Showler, Retired Ranger-Naturalist with Everglades National Park.

Enjoy a leisurely walk in the park and bird watching with Bob! Class will begin with a short introduction on birds of the Islamorada area, followed by identification and discussing traits and habits of the birds that are observed. It is recommended to bring binoculars. Please also bring a bird field guide if you have one.
Facial Covering Required!

$7.00 per class 10 person maximum.

Classes are held from 8:00am-9:30am on the following dates and locations:

December 17, 2020: Starts at Anne’s Beach mm73, Ends at Green Turtle Hammock mm81.2
January 7, 2021: Founders Park & Plantation  Hammock Preserve—MM 87
January 21, 2021: Starts at Anne’s Beach mm73, Ends at Green Turtle Hammock mm81.2
February 4, 2021: Founders Park & Plantation Hammock Preserve—MM 87
