The Dog Park Improvement Project has begun.
For the safety of humans and dogs, the Dog Park will be closed until further notice due to construction.

Waiver Forms:
All Program Participants are required to submit a Waiver Form.

Reminder: Please do not visit facilities or participate in programs if you have been exposed to or diagnosed with COVID-19.
Please use this Self Report Form to notify Founders Park management of the exposure.
