Monday *6:00am to 7:00am, and 7:30am to 8:45am
Technique Tuesday *6:00am to 7:00am, and 7:30am to 8:45am
Wednesday *6:00am to 7:00am, and 7:30am to 8:45am
Friday *6:00am to 7:00am, and 7:30am to 8:45am
Circuit Saturday 8:00am to 9:15am
*Many of our swimmers depart at 7:00am for obligations outside of the pool. An optional set/assignment is available for anyone who wishes to swim until 7:15am!
