Aquafit - a Water Aerobics Plus program.
Classes are Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 9:00am to 10:00am.
Class includes cardio, strength training, stretching, balance & equilibrium, increased stamina, improved range of motion and muscular endurance.
Certified Aqua Fitness Instructors Ken Schryver (305-942-8005) and Paula Friedman (773-860-8384).
Cost is $7.00 per class or $70.00 for a 12-pack punch card.
What to bring: Water shoes, water and waterproof sunblock. Hats are recommended!
