UPGRADE TO SOFTWARE FOR IMPROVED SERVICES TO BEGIN MONDAY, AUGUST 14, 2017

UPLOAD SUBMITTALS, PAY FEES AND MORE - ALL ONLINE

Village staff have implemented a full redesign of the website to provide enhanced information about parks, program and services provided by the Village. The new website, officially launched at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, August 11, 2017, has a responsive design that is easily viewed on all devices. A new option that will be implemented during August are subscriptions for text and email notifications when new information is added to web pages.

It may take up to 24 hours for the change to the new website to propagate through the internet and internet searches may show old site links for a couple weeks. For more information about the redesigned website, contact Mary Swaney at mary.swaney@islamorada.fl.us or 305-664-6411.

The Village is excited to announce the latest upgrades to our CityView Environment. Customers currently have the ability to check the status of Permits, Planning Applications, Code Cases, Contractor Licensing, and Property Information. Beginning Monday, August 14th, registered users will be able to use Islamorada’s online portal to apply for a Building Permit, submit a Planning Application, file a Code Compliance Complaint, upload submittals, pay fees, and request inspections. There will be no need to make the trip to the office.

Become a registered user and enjoy the convenience of our electronic environment. Trips to the office will no longer be necessary. Group and individual training sessions will be scheduled soon.
