Introduction to the CityView Portal

The Village is holding introductory training sessions for the use of the CityView Public Portal. CityView is the software program utilized by Islamorada’s Building, Planning and Code Enforcement Departments to submit and track Applications and Code Cases.

During the 90-minute introductory training sessions, attendees will learn how to register, submit applications, upload documents, pay fees, request inspections, and more. Two types of sessions will be conducted, one designed for the general public such as homeowners and realtors and a second designed for contractors and agents. A total of six sessions are scheduled for several times of the day (12PM, 4PM and 5:30 PM) to accommodate everyone.
