NOTICE TO CITYVIEW USERS:
UPDATED REQUIREMENT FOR DIGITAL SIGNATURES BEGINNING NOVEMBER 1, 2018
As we review our processes, keeping in mind the goal of paperless submission of permit applications, we find it necessary to add more stringent controls related to digital signatures. Therefore, we are requesting all digital signatures placed on all documents be obtained through a third party Certificate Authority for verification purposes. The reason for this change is to increase the security and authentication of documents being completed and submitted electronically.
Please review the following FAQs on the CityView Frequently Asked Questions page for more information:
How do I electronically sign and notarize my forms and documents?
How do I upload documents?
If you have any questions, contact Building Services Coordinator Evelyn Fraley at firstname.lastname@example.org or 305-664-6436.
